Payment Policy
We like to deal with payments as promptly and efficiently as possible so that we can focus on our main objective; caring for your pet. The following outlines our payment policy.
Consultation
We do offer a diverse range of free consultations for you and your pets through our Nurses’ Clinics. For any other consultation we require payment after your appointment.
In-Patient Procedures or Surgery
All payments are made on collection of your pet.
Prescriptions
These are all paid for at time of collection, including pre-ordered long term medications and prescription pet food.
We accept payments in cash and all major credit cards excluding American Express.
