We have worked very closely with the Redbridge Centre of the Guide Dogs for the Blind Association for over 25 years and have watched generations of these remarkable animals learn the profession.
Acting as veterinary surgeons for the Guide Dogs from pup to full maturity, we make weekly visits to the centre to examine all the dogs. Working closely with Guide Dogs own Senior Veterinary Officer, Forest Veterinary Surgeons oversee the healthcare and treatment of all the working Guide Dogs in the Southeast by supporting their local home practices, should a dog require additional treatment or diagnostics.
