All vet consultations are chargeable, with payment to be made at reception after the appointment. Veterinary and nurse consultations incur different charges- please check with a member of staff for more information.
Payment is due for inpatient care and procedures at the time of collection. The inpatient vet will keep you up to date with ongoing costs at your morning telephone update. Please feel free to check your account at any time with a member of the team.
Payment for day procedures, such as surgeries, is due at the time of collection. An estimate will be provided at admission and any unforeseen increases will be discussed by phone.
We accept payments in cash or by credit card. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express. Insurance claims should be submitted to reception, and we will process them on your behalf. We are happy to submit claims at any point, but it can take up to 14 days to be sent off. Occasionally we can arrange direct claims on your behalf with your insurance company, but a pre-authorisation must be requested in advance of any procedures. We are unable to provide payment plans.
