We offer x-ray at the Epping hospital, as well as at Woodford, Harlow and Isle of Dogs. Your pet will usually be sedated or anaesthetised, depending on the body part being imaged. At Forest Vets our Epping hospital x-ray machine was upgraded to a state-of-the-art digital x-ray machine with a new high-definition viewing screen also installed in 2022.
We use x-ray to investigate thoracic and abdominal diseases as well as musculoskeletal problems. We also have dental x-ray at all our sites so all animals undergoing dental procedure will have full dental x-rays taken.
